Who can use Vouched

You must be 18 or over to create an account, post a review or claim a business.

Posting reviews

• Only review an appointment or purchase you actually had, within the last 12 months.
• Be honest and accurate. Describe your own experience; don't state rumours as facts.
• Don't include anyone's personal details, such as phone numbers, addresses or full names of private people.
• Don't post anything abusive, hateful, threatening, sexual or unlawful.
• Don't review your own business, a competitor, or a business you're connected to, and don't accept payment or freebies for a review.
• Only upload photos and videos you have the right to share. Blur or remove faces of anyone who hasn't agreed.
• Receipts must be genuine. Faked or edited receipts get your account closed.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Vouched a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, adapt and promote it on Vouched and our social media, for as long as it is on Vouched.

How we check and moderate

We check reviews as described in our content policy. We may hold, edit for personal details, or remove any content that breaks these terms or the law. We may close accounts that do.

Businesses

Anyone can add a business to Vouched. Business owners can claim a profile by proving they control its Instagram or TikTok account, then subscribing. Business subscriptions are covered by our business terms, shown at checkout. Paying never lets a business remove, hide, reorder or change reviews.

Our responsibility

Reviews are the opinions of the people who post them, not of Vouched. We don't guarantee the quality of any business listed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Complaints about content

Use the Report button on any review. If you believe a review is unlawful, use our legal complaint form or email legal@vouchedbeauty.com.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the US, you keep any consumer rights your local law gives you.
